Blue Casey's Return Policy

At Blue Casey's, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for account credit or a size exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, gift cards, and personal items like earrings or undergarments.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return request. Our goal is to get to it ASAP.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact us for a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at fashiojanderson@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
